Sarah Isabella Chiodi

Architect, PhD in Planning and Local Development, is contract lecturer at the “Politecnico di Torino” (School of Architecture) and technical manager in some public administration in Italy (Piedmont). Has several years of experience in teaching and research in environmental sociology and urban planning. Has participate in National Research Program, national and international conferences. Has get various Research Fellowship and has published many articles and papers. Always been interested in the relationship between social sciences and urban planning, in recent years has deepened the theme of urban safety and security.

Key areas: CPTED, public spaces, space and society, social sustainability, urban design and planning.
